Technology assistance is available in person at the Study Hub or online via Zoom. Book an appointment to reserve your session. Walk-ins are welcome if tutors are available!
Peer Tutors
All Study Hub tutors and academic peer coaches are able to assist with technology questions in individual one-on-one sessions.
To see available tutoring times, select Technology Assistance in the Tutoring filter dropdown in STAR under KAP Study Hub, or select KAP Academic Coach Hoʻā to see availability of academic coaches.
Walk-ins at the Study Hub are welcome if tutors or coaches are available!
About Tech Assistance

Booking an Appointment
All of our Study Hub tutors & coaches are able to assist with technology assistance.
To make an appointment:

Login to STAR Balance and select Technology Assistance in the in the Tutoring dropdown under KAP Study Hub (or select KAP Academic Coach Hoʻā to see availability of academic coaches).

Choose any session time, and select Technology Assistance as the Appointment Reason.

In the Appointment Comments, indicate the type of technology assistance you need.
